I don't offer full outsourced CFO work or AP and AR administration for large companies. I'm focused on the small business sweet spot where clean books drive better decisions.
Software I work in.
Primarily QuickBooks Online. I'll help you migrate from spreadsheets, desktop QuickBooks, or a patchwork of apps. If you're using something else already, let's talk and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
How monthly bookkeeping actually goes.
Onboard.
I review your current setup, identify gaps, and scope a cleanup if you need one. We agree on a monthly scope in writing.
Monthly close.
Every month I reconcile, categorize, and close the books. You get a short summary with the numbers that matter and anything I flagged.
Quarterly check in.
Every quarter we look at trends and decide if anything needs to change. No surprises at year end.

How far behind is too far behind?
I've done cleanups going back three plus years. There's no point of no return. We start where you are and get you current.
Do I have to use QuickBooks Online?
I work in QuickBooks Online by default. If you're using something else, we'll talk about whether to migrate or whether another tool is truly better for your situation.
Do I need to do bookkeeping and tax prep with you?
No. Plenty of clients do just one. I'm happy to hand off clean books to your existing CPA.
Can you help my team close the month in house?
Yes. Training and coaching for in house bookkeepers is part of what I do. I can set you up to close cleanly and check in quarterly.
How do you handle sensitive financial access?
All access flows through secure connections and QuickBooks permissions. I never ask you to share raw login credentials over email.
