Since 2014  |  All 50 states  |  Solo practitioner by design

Tax preparation with support that goes beyond the season.

I'm Amanda. I'm a solo CPA practitioner in Northwest Arkansas, and I work with small business owners, families, and founders in all 50 states. When you hire me, you get me. Not a team. Not a rotation. Me.

Serving individuals and businesses remotely since 2014  •  Direct access to Amanda  •  Year round support

The personal promise

Three things I commit to, every single time.

These aren't marketing lines. They're the reason I left a brick and mortar practice and went solo on purpose.

You'll always work directly with me.

Not a team. Not a rotation. When you call, text, or email, you get Amanda. The same person who filed your return last year is the one answering you in August.

I'll remember your business, your family, and what matters to you.

Christmas cards, not mass emails. I keep notes on the things that matter so the advice you get feels like it came from someone who actually knows you.

You'll hear from me more than once a year.

Tax prep is the start, not the whole relationship. I check in before the big moves and I stay close when something changes in your life or your numbers.

Who I work with

A small practice on purpose. I take a small number of clients so I can actually know them.

If you see yourself in one of these, we'll probably get along. If you're looking for the cheapest option on the block, we're not a fit and that's okay.

01

Small business owners

Service businesses, consultants, trades, creatives, e commerce. Anywhere from just starting out to well past six figures in revenue.

02

Families with complex returns

Multiple incomes, investments, rental property, kids, a side business. Tired of the chain store churn? Good.

03

Founders and solopreneurs

Scaling past the point where a hobby CPA works. You want entity strategy and real planning, not a once a year data entry job.

04

1099 contractors and remote workers

No more April surprises. Quarterly estimates, self employment strategy, and a human you can text when something weird shows up on a form.

05

Real estate investors and landlords

Rental income, depreciation, short term rental nuance, 1031 conversations before the sale, not after.

06

Long term clients

People who want a tax person for the next ten years, not the next season. That's how I think about every new client.

What I do

Four services. All handled by me.

You can hire me for one, or build a relationship that covers the whole year.

How I work

The Handled Tax Way.

Three phases. One relationship. Built to last longer than one tax season.

01

Listen.

I start by actually getting to know your situation. Your business, your family, what you're trying to build. No canned intake forms. A real conversation.

02

Prepare.

I handle your taxes or books with the kind of care most people only get from a family friend who happens to be a CPA. Secure systems. Clear communication. No surprises.

03

Support.

I stay in your corner year round. Questions when they come up, planning before the big moves, and a Christmas card because I actually care.

Meet your tax person

Hi, I'm Amanda.

I used to run a brick and mortar tax practice. I had more clients then, but not the right ones. I was competing with chain stores on price instead of building real relationships.

So I made a choice. I went smaller on purpose. My family and I moved to Northwest Arkansas, and I rebuilt the practice around the kind of work I actually wanted to do: going deep with a small number of clients who want a real tax partner, not a receipt stamper.

"The kind of tax person who sends you a Christmas card and actually knows your kids' names."

Pricing, briefly

What it costs to work with me.

I believe in being upfront about price. Exact numbers depend on complexity, but here's the range. Final pricing is set once I understand your situation on a quick call.

Starts at

$TODO: CLIENT

Tax preparation

Flat fee set before we file. You'll always know the number before I start.

Monthly, starts at

$TODO: CLIENT / mo

Bookkeeping

Monthly close, reconciliations, and a report you can actually read. Cleanups priced separately.

Three tiers, starts at

$TODO: CLIENT / yr

Advisory membership

Year round access, planning calls, and proactive strategy. Completely optional.

Heads up: I'm not the cheapest option. If bottom dollar is the goal, you'll be happier somewhere else, and I'll tell you that on the first call. I charge what it takes to do the job right and stay available year round.

She's been our tax person since 2014. She knows our family, she knows our business, and she sends us a Christmas card every year. I don't think we'll ever work with anyone else.

Common questions

What people usually ask before we start.

Do we need to be local?

Nope. I work with clients in all 50 states. Everything runs through TaxDome, my secure client portal. I'm in Northwest Arkansas, but that's never been a limitation for the people I serve.

Will I actually work with you directly?

Yes. Every time. I don't hand you off to an assistant or a junior staffer because there isn't one. You get me on every email, every call, every return.

Do I need an advisory membership to work with you?

Not at all. Tax prep on its own is completely fine. The membership is for people who want year round access, planning calls, and a more hands on relationship. Plenty of clients just do taxes with me, and we're great.

Are you taking new clients?

Yes, for the 2026 season. I keep the practice intentionally small, so slots fill up. Early booking is appreciated and gets you the best planning window.

How much does it cost?

I price on complexity, not hours. You'll have a flat fee in writing before I start. I'm not the cheapest tax person around and I don't try to be. I'm the one who's still answering your email in August.

See all fifteen

The Christmas card promise.

Yes, I actually send Christmas cards. I want to watch your kids grow up the way I hope you'll watch mine. This isn't a transaction. It's a partnership.

Ready when you are

Ready for a tax partner who actually shows up?

Book a quick consult. We'll talk about your situation, I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit, and if I am, we'll get you set up in the portal the same week.
